Clipper Repair

Most groomers that I deal with hate to send their clippers in for service, and try to do it themselves. The problem is if they aren't serviced correctly their blades will not work properly. Alot of times the sharpeners are blamed for blades not working, but really it is the clippers.

Most groomers don't realize how much they use them. It is part of their trade not just an expense. If they work properly they will make more money.

If you drove your car 8 hours a day 6 days a week you need to service it alot more than you think. Our delivery trucks put a 1000 miles a week on them. Which is about the same as the clippers.
We service our trucks 5 times as much as the average person, oil changes, tune ups, brakes, tires, and break downs, it is part of our business.

When you are using your equipment 5 or 6 days a week it will require alot of service. Not just changing the lever or drive unit.

When you send it in to be serviced to a qualified professional they will do alot more to it.
It will be disassemblied completely. Cleaned thoroughly checked for worn out bearings, worn commutators and other problems. All parts will be replaced with original manufacturers parts, not after market parts.

Don't look at your equipment as just an expense it is your lively hood. The better it works the more money you make. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, Mark.

Pet Grooming
Washing and brushing your pet is necessary for good hygiene. Professional pet grooming is also a necessary expense. The majority of groomers are trained to spot potential health risks before they become major problems. A dog with toe nails unclipped will have a problem walking comfortably. Having your pet groomed regularly will likely save you money in the long run.
